You cannot deliver
SecurePlay source code to your application's end users.
SecurePlay may only be used by your application within compiled
or executable software (.jar, .swf files, for example).
Commercial licensees must also separately negotiate each
deployment environment of interest (such as the Internet, a
wireless phone network, set-top devices, etc). Penalty fees
apply to using SecurePlay commercially without a commercial
license.
